Kids are always so eager to move out, bigger families or a big friend group makes housing so much easier. Trying to do it alone or even just two people is barely sustainable in .most cases.

I had stopped in one of these several years ago, at the time i had no idea how anal they are over truckers coming in to spend money. I parked ALL the way to the end of the parking lot, i barely made it in the door when they stopped me and told me i had to leave immediately. That is when i learned about their "no truckers" attitude. Hey, its their company, they have the right to do as they please, but... Every Fuc*ee's i have ever seen since, never has more than 20% of their capacity being used EVER. Every single time, any time of day, they are only 20% full. Rather sorry sales outlook for them. Just look at the background of this video, minimal customers, watch again, hardly any customers. How they stay in business is a mystery. I own a shed that I made into a house, a cabin really, and my family owns the land. The only things I pay for it is electricity and WiFi. So if you own land, you could just build one or convert a large shed(s) into a home.

It’s really not hard to buy a house at all. I bought mine at 22 years old after only 6 months at my current job, 0 down payment required and a 6% interest rate. Get an FHA loan and apply for down payment assistance, you get an interest free loan to cover down payment and after 3 years, the loan goes away so when you decide to move, it’s as if you never got loaned the money in the first place and you get full profit on the sale. Buying a house isn’t hard, you just have to know the right way to do it. And no, it wasn’t in the 80’s, this was less than 3 years ago

I live living in the 21st century!!! By the time I move out of the home I've grown up in, hyperinflation will have started and I'll have no choice but to rot away on the streets!!!!! I just adore how my government keeps embezzling MILLIONS, leaving even the lower upper class children in deep sh¡t in terms of a stable future career (I can only ever dream of owning the door to my apartment, for that matter!!!)!!

If you were w2, they'd give you that loan, no problem. My buddy works at Taco Bell, and he just got a mortgage on a 250k house. Meanwhile, I make 5 times his income, and lenders don't wanna touch me with a 10 foot pole. But if I spend 30k in taxes, which will leave me with less money to pay for the loan, then I get the privilege of being able to get the loan. It makes no sense. So ya, I'm just saving up, screw it, I don't wanna pay 140% interest for a mortgage anyway.
